She flew to Santa Barbara to produce a music video of her song "When You

Band, featuring Richard Moore who played with the Troggs, famous for
their huge hit "Wild Thing" back in 70's. Richard is a superb guitarist

half days in the studio recording her audiobook about the infamous
documents which led to her being "terminated" from CBS. Among
her many accomplishments, she broke the story of the Abu Ghraib prison
tortures which won CBS The Peabody Award.
Mary is some woman to be
one woman. She "says it like it is." She's also very witty and it
was a real pleasure to work with someone so authentic in our age of
politically correct platitudes.

James Earl Joneswho is part Cherokee and who was honored by
the Cherokee Nation, recorded in New York, the narration for "Trail of
Tears" a movie about the Indian removal.

Back in July 2004, Mitchell Musso, a really
talented young man, auditioned for and got the role of DJ in the upcoming
Columbia Pictures "Monster House" a Steven Spielberg movie.
He was back in the studio this July, doing pickups for various scenes.
"Monster House" is an
exciting and hilarious thrill-ride tale about three kids (Mitchel Musso, Sam
Lerner and Spencer Locke) who must do battle with a mysterious home that is
determined to eat every trick or treater in sight on Halloween.

Paula Feisel arrived at The Royal Oaks Country Club for dinner on Saturday
January 22nd, unaware that her husband had been plotting for months to give her
the surprise of her life ! He had told her that they would celebrate her
birthday the following week and they were just going out for dinner. When she
arrived in the dining room at The Royal Oaks, Paula almost fell down with
surprise when she saw the assembled crowd and the band, A Hard Night's Day
struck up with "Rollover Beethoven." Gary even handed out these Beatle tickets
at the party and went to all kinds of lengths to make this the ultimate
birthday. His response to the video I shot and edited was:

African Trip to Uganda
I had an
amazing trip to Africa in December.
This was my third trip to
Uganda.
and it was without doubt,
the best trip of my life. In two short weeks I did so much on
so many levels.
I
was there mainly to visit my beautiful African daughter
(she's
girl in white shirt)
Sandra in
whom I am so well pleased.
She is
becoming such a wonderful young woman and I recorded her singing
with her
group as well as videotaped her dancing with two other groups.
She has
danced for President Museveni (Uganda's president)
and
also, with her brother exclusively for the president's wife.
Can you imagine 2 African drums, tube fiddle, African
harp, flute, large wooden
4 singers
...............and me........all in a tiny room which measured 12'
x 12' !!!
I think it turned out
amazingly well considering there was no multitracking,
no comping, no
editing................just recorded directly into one stereo
microphone.
Omusango
starts with the xylophone, then the harp, then the flute, then
tube fiddle,
then the drums and shakers, then
the vocals.

Daniel Sseteba who has Roots Afrika
Through Kid's Theatre, we
promote the talents of children giving them training in self
expression through dance, music and sound, folklore and literature, drama and
role-plays that shape the children's personal expression.
ROOTS AFRIKA designs and
animates workshops to create self-awareness, self-esteem, responsibility and
participation.
Roots Afrika's aim is to use all
forms of artistic media to bring together the treasures hidden in African
traditional art forms, thereby continuing their role in promoting harmony
between communities.
........By the way, Daniel gave me these shoes you see on th far right. They're
stunning and quite unique.

It was recorded as a backup
for a Dallas Cowboys game which Kris performed at. He is
certainly a very cool gentleman. His wife Lisa was just a
delight and it was such a refreshingly beautiful thing to see them together.
They have been married 20 years, have five children and it was obvious that this
lady was still quite in love with her man.

Asia program at Trammell Crow Asian Art Museum.
The
first part of the program is entitled Neruda in Asia. Because we
concelebrate with other Neruda Cennnial Festivities worldwide, we have chosen to highlight the Asian
countries where Neruda visited as
consul (1927 - 1932). He lived in Rangoon (Burma), Colombo (Ceylon), Singapore,
Batavia (Indonesia)
and visited adjacent areas of Asia and Oceania. The second part of the program
takes us to the Pacific
Islands and completes the Islands in Motion theme.
Worked
with Chris Bautista of Verisign using John Galt as narrator to produce a
security awareness piece for Office Depot
Frank
Ferry, Director of Training for Sally Beauty voiced and produced a Wella Color
Conversion training CD.
Recorded and edited a huge
training project in both Spanish & French, teaching sales people how to use
Sherwin Williams paint. How to tint and how to explain clearly to customers
about the many aspects of tinting. This project took over 50 hours !

Angie Bolling who is always so much fun. We worked on one of many training
programs we've done for CTX's "On-Line Campus." Rene D'Alesandro
produced most of these and Doug Golenski the remainder.
This guy has some voice.
You would never believe this demo is his first foray into the VO biz.

Leticia Magana the excellent bilingual talent who has to be the best ivr
(telephone prompts) person in the busines. We had a huge number of prompts to
record in both English y Espanol. This keeps my very basic Spanish polished to a
high degree of mediocrity.
Armstrong School was very fortunate to have Anna Terry as one of their parents as she
shot some superb video of the kids who told what they were thankful for at
Thanksgiving. Video Editing was done at Scotch Productions, Inc. Some of the
children were quite hilarious.

Videotaped a wonderful
concert of Indian music led by Kamal Ladha at
Unity Church, Forest Lane, Dallas.
Anand-i Kirtan It featured tablas, flute,
shaker, African percussion and
many types of Indian harmonium etc.
There was much
chanting and audience participation. Praveen from
Cosmic Cafe,
Oak Lawn generously donated some delicious food for
the hungry patrons who enjoyed it
so much after the concert.

takes less time than English. Almost every other language takes longer to say
the same thing.
Mitchell Musso, a really talented young
man, auditioned for and got the role of DJ in the upcoming movie called "Monster
House".
"Live from Mozambique"
Recorded Jack's daily journals over his satellite
phone from the wilds of Africa. These were then uploaded to
his website so that everyone could follow along on the hunt.
Eric Cortichiatto voiced a training cd for
Cinecraft in French.
Over 300 files were created and
uploaded to Tech Translation's site.

venue where these young people took their 1st Degree Junior Black Belt test
which Scotch Productions, Inc.
videotaped at Kenpo Karate.

Had one of my greatest challenges
when I was given four 1 hour video tapes and two 2 hour audio dats. The videos
of this fantastic ensemble of drummers and singers had absolutely no audio, not
even a guide track. So, I had to sync every one of the tracks up. This was made
even more difficult by the fact that we edited together an audio cd first and
then used these edited tracks to cut the video to. It was extremely difficult
having taken out sections of the audio, to then try to match these audio edits
visually.
But, no challenge is too great
unless we allow it to be.
Elizabeth Stringer worked on this very
large project and occasionally had the help of Cate, her daughter.
We recorded all the voices and there were
many. Including Van,Albane,
Naomi,
Viper,
Fuma,
Pierce,
Vega, Republic warriors,
Impwerial Operators and more for the
ZOIDS
video game.
